Our Founders
Courtney Marchment
Co-FounderCourtney Marchment is a leadership coach and founder of Courtney Marchment Coaching, inc. She partners primarily with senior executives and leadership teams across a range of industries to uncover what’s holding them back and create meaningful, lasting change. Her work goes beyond business outcomes, focusing on building environments where leaders and their teams can thrive, stay aligned, and perform at their highest level.
Courtney supports leaders in navigating complex challenges, strengthening team culture, and leading with clarity and confidence. She designs and facilitates executive coaching engagements, leadership development programs, and team retreats that blend practical strategy with deep personal growth—grounded in emotional intelligence, trust, and accountability.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a certified Shift Positive 360 Coach, and a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner and Distributor.
She lives in Pemberton, British Columbia with her husband and their two boys, who love adventuring outdoors in the beautiful mountains and forests they call home.
Natalie Lehman
Co-FounderA business and Leadership Coach and Organizational Consultant and the founder of She Means Business. At the core of her work is helping leaders reconnect to their energy, clarity, and purpose so they can lead with intention instead of reaction.
With over a decade of experience across startups, small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, corporations, and government agencies, Natalie brings real-world depth to her coaching. As a former COO of a startup and consulting firm, she understands leadership from the inside. She knows what it means to carry responsibility, make hard decisions, and build something that works while creating a life that supports it. That perspective shapes every engagement.
Natalie believes sustainable growth starts with strong leadership. She works with founders, executives, and teams to elevate executive presence, strengthen communication, clarify decision-making, and build cultures rooted in trust and ownership. Her style is strategic, strengths-based, and energizing, grounded in honest conversations that lead to meaningful action.
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Pepperdine University and is a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach. Through coaching, team development, and leadership intensives, Natalie equips leaders to think strategically, lead courageously, and build organizations where people and performance thrive.
