At Bench, we believe leadership grows through intentional journeys, not isolated sessions. Our approach is highly personalized, structured, and evolving, designed to help every leader progress with clarity and confidence.

A leadership professional engaged in a one-on-one coaching session with The Bench

  • It all starts with a 30-minute introductory call. We explore your goals, context, and needs to understand exactly what you’re aiming to achieve. This ensures the program is the right fit for you.

  • Every leader is paired 1:1 with a coach selected specifically for their goals, leadership style, and context. This isn’t random, it’s a deliberate partnership that evolves over time. Your coach becomes your sounding board, challenger, and guide, helping you see opportunities and blind spots you might miss on your own.

  • You connect with each recommended coach and choose the one that feels like the best fit. The result: a trusted relationship from day one to maximize impact.

  • The journey officially begins with:

    • A three-way kickoff (leader + coach + sponsor/leader, if applicable)

    • An intake survey to clarify context and priorities

    • A Shift Positive 360 assessment, including 6 ally interviews to gather meaningful, real-world feedback

    • A personalized Professional Development Plan grounded in your strengths, opportunities, and goals

    From there, you and your coach define clear coaching goals and a focused path forward.

    Growth happens in stages, not isolated sessions. From your 360 insights to midpoint reflections and final evaluations, every step is intentional, measurable, and tailored to your unique leadership journey.

  • We combine human guidance with thoughtful structure to support meaningful growth:

    • Midpoint check-in + survey to reflect, recalibrate, and deepen the work

    • Leader/sponsor touchpoints to ensure alignment and accountability

    • Continued integration of your 360 insights and Professional Development Plan throughout the engagement

    • Final reflection + completion survey to measure growth, shifts, and forward momentum

    Our digital portal enhances the human experience without replacing it. Schedule sessions, capture reflections, track progress, and access curated resources with ease.
